Open Gigs between Inbox and Break-Wave. The desktop now has eight tabs. Gigs saves account-backed venues and schedules through Auto-KJ cloud; enter your key in Settings → License Activation and have internet available. The server checks plan access. A displayed cached list can be stale when the cloud is offline.
The tab has four main areas: Instant gig, the collapsible New gig form, the Gig list, and Venues. Refresh reloads both lists.
Choose the venue, then:
Set Starts and Ends. The form defaults to 20:00–02:00, so review the times for your event. Switch this show to the new gig is checked by default. Leave it checked to select the gig immediately, or uncheck it to keep the current show selection. Press Create gig and verify the row in the list.
Tonight's gigs appear first, followed by repeating gigs and other one-night gigs. This show marks your selected gig. Tonight indicates the schedule matches today's local date. Live is a separate server-supplied state.
Press Use for this show on another gig to switch. The app remembers its ID, refreshes the gig's blocked-song list, updates the native active-gig information and reconnects in cloud mode. This action does not clear the rotation or invoke Start Fresh Session.
Settings → Show night → Shows still selects LAN only — this network, Cloud — default show, or a saved gig. LAN network remains a separate card controlling the address advertised to local singers. Account-backed creation and deletion require internet even when local hosting can continue.
Deleting a gig no longer causes the app to recreate it on refresh. Older one-night gigs are hidden after a one-day date margin rather than automatically purged; a gig with an active show stays visible.
Key missing: use Settings → License Activation. Cloud offline: the list may be stale and changes need internet. Creation failed: read the inline message; a bad address or server plan refusal requires correcting that issue. No map entry: an Instant gig can have an unmapped venue, so use its show code. Delete disabled: switch the selected show to another gig first.
The accompanying narration and capture plan are drafts. New UI captures, voice audio, timing, native checks and PDF regeneration remain pending.
